Payment is due at the time of your visit. We know veterinary care can be a large unexpected cost, so there are several ways to manage it.

How you can pay

We accept cash, debit and all standard credit cards.

Pet insurance

We offer Trupanion direct billing, so an eligible claim can be settled with your insurer at the time of your visit rather than you paying up front and claiming it back afterwards.

If you are insured with another provider, we will give you everything you need to submit your claim yourself.

Financing

We do not offer in-house payment plans, but financing is available through two providers who work with veterinary practices:

• humm lets you spread the cost over time with an application you can complete before or during your visit.
• iFinance offers veterinary financing with a short application, no down payment and no penalty for paying it off early.

Our Client Care Team can point you to either one, and you are welcome to apply before you come in.

Assistance programs

We work with charitable and community assistance programs and can accept payment directly from them on your behalf. If you are working with a programme that helps cover veterinary care, let us know when you book and we will take it from there.
